Unable to login with the rhel-atomic-vsphere-7.5.1-2.x86_64.vsphere.ova

rhel-atomic-vsphere-7.5.1-2.x86_64.vsphere.ova has been successfully installed on vmware ESXi 5.5 using vSphere manager and following the §2.3.4 of the https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux_atomic_host/7/html-single/installation_and_configuration_guide/index#vmware_installation

Nevertheless following message is poping up at each VM startup:
" blk_update-request: I/O error, dev fd0, sector 0 "
From what I read in the redhat forum it seems not so a big deal , mainly due to physical CDROM drive of the server hosting ESXi which is not disable.
The blocking issue is that I am unable to logon into the VM, the "cloud-user" login + "atomic" psw doesn't work.
Please find attached the .iso image attached to the VM (it has renamed from atomic0-cidata.iso to atomic0-cidata_iso.txt)
It has been done with the exact copy of the meta-data and user-dat suggested in the doc.
