Now I have a Dell Latitude 5580 laptop and requirement of loading CentOS 6.9 32 bit. I tried and see there is an issue after loading CerntOS 6.9 32 bit, that is touchpad not working in any ways. But touchpad is working in BIOS.
Kernel version: 2.6.32-696.el6.i686
CentOS: 6.9

If I passed "acpi=off noapic" from kernel line, touchpad also works well, but I suffer from shut down issue because of acpi=off, I have to hard shut down by pressing ON/OFF button from keyboard.
Plug in a USB mouse will work.

Please give me a hand or any suggestion will be very appreciated!
