Licence and Trademark Question
Hello All
Have what may seem like a silly question but i would like to know will i be breaching any part of the licence agreement if i create youtube content whilst using rhel 7 workstation ?, i won't be uploading red hat training or anything it'll be purely my own content, it's just rhel workstation will be the os im using, Probably a pedantic thing but i just wanted to check it wasn't a no no, since red hat branding and logo is trademarked etc.
Appreciate the kind responses to my questions, everyone here has been very welcoming to this redhat newbie
Cheers

My personal opinion which does not constitute legal advice is that it's unlikely you'll face legal action if you're making "How to use Linux" videos and just happen to have RHEL installed as your distro of choice. A simple disclaimer stating you are not representing Red Hat in any capacity is probably sufficient.
The trademark guidelines state:
Red Hat does not permit or consent to any use of its trademarks in any manner that is likely to cause confusion by implying association with or sponsorship by Red Hat.
If you'd like an official answer, you'll need to engage your own IP lawyer to review your content and reference the legislation which applies to you. Red Hat's legal department do not review individual requests for IP usage.
