How to generate traps/events (like VM reboots, storage or network issues, CPU/RAM issues) from RHV-M Manager?

I want to generate traps for
1) VM reboots.
2) VM non-operational state issues.
3) Storage issues.
4) Network issues.
5) CPU/RAM issues.
