software update throught gnome-softare GUI ask for restart and install

software update through gnome-softare-center GUI ask for restart and install
when i do restart & install its restart the system and show me that screen like terminal screen and in one line
it show [OK system update] progress and take around 10 minutes to do that then restart again
when open gnome-softare-center again and press that update it's again show me the same required updates again !!!!!!!!
who have an idea how to apply that update which mentioned either from gnome-softare-center or from yum command ?
the best i want how to apply exact required updates using yum
