Tower - Restarting a Failed Job Template

We are developing application deployments in Tower and noticed that there's really no provision to restart failed Jobs. If we're part way through a large deployment and a particular Play/Task fails that we fix, we're not sure how to restart it from where it left off.

You can do this in Ansible - the job output log even says so, but we can't figure out how to incorporate that into the Job Template for a restart (not rerun).

Does anyone have any experiences with this they'd like to share? Much appreciated!
