palimpsest multipathing trouble

Hello,

The problem occurs on the host connected to the SAN with Array Coppelent.
The host is on RedHat Enterprise Linux 6.2
There is one volume created on the SAN for this host.

There is two paths to connect host to SAN, and we use multipathing.

But with the Unix utility palimpsest, the volume is seen with dev-mapper device /dev/dm-0
and ALSO with "sd" device, like /dev/sdc and /dev/sdd
In the palimpsest interface, when we go on /dev/sdc or /dev/sdd, we have this warning :

"ATTENTION : plusieurs voies vers ce lecteur ont été détectées mais aucun périphérique multivoie correspondant n'a été trouvé.
Votre système d'exploitation peut être mal configuré."

We have check our multipath configuration more time and it works

Normally, we must see interface like you can see on this bottom of this page, for "A multipath device"
or " An individual path". And we have interface like "Misconfiguration warning"

How can I correct this problem ?
