How do I start a DomU automatically during system boot?

The service xendomains must be started at boot time:

# chkconfig xendomains on

Then create a symbolic link in the /etc/xen/auto/ directory that points to the DomU's configuration file. For example:

# cd /etc/xen/auto/
# ln -s /etc/xen/Dom1example .
# ls -l
total 0
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 20 Aug 14 14:26 Dom1example -> /e...
