How do I activate an RHN Satellite that is running in a paravirtualized Xen guest?

There is a bug that prevents the RHN Satellite software to activate itself on RHN. The workaround for this problem is to activate the Satellite in disconnected mode, and then use the RHN Hosted WebUI to activate the Satellite.
