2014 - High Availability with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform (RHEL OSP) 4

This reference architecture describes Red Hat’s approach to high availability and scaling with RHEL OSP 4. The approach leverages the enterprise-tested RHEL HA Add-on along with the stable code base afforded by RHEL OSP 4 so that customers may deploy a scale out solution with confidence. The steps described in this reference architecture were performed on realistic hardware in the Systems Engineering lab using only released code. The steps were described without using an installer in order to expose the underlying architecture and design decisions often masked by an installer.
