How do I configure dual booting Red Hat Enterprise Linux with Windows XP/2000?

Symptom: The machine set-up is a with 2 hard drives, one hard drive - hda has Windows XP/2000 on it with an NTFS filesystem. The other hard drive - hdb is reserved for the linux installation.
