RHEL 6.2 RHCS GUI Webpage doesn't allow the cluster to be added

Issue:
- In RHEL6.2, the RHCS GUI web administration page fails when attempting to add a cluster into the management page.
Environment:
- RHEL6.2
Diagnoses:
- When trying to add a cluster into the management page the following error message returns:
Error adding this cluster: Unable to connect to host "hos...Subscriber exclusive content
