Is there a limit in the ODBC interface to represent the largest integers?

The 32 bit vs 64 bit does not affect this limitation. Everything in ODBC is handled via String, Version 4.2.1 and higher allows for precision to 38 digits. Prior to this release it only handled 32 length.
