What is the KiB, MiB and GiB in the RHOCP resource YAML files

There are two major unit perfixes systems present, first is Decimal prefixes and second one is Binary prefixes. Both Decimal prefixes and Binary prefixes units are supported in the RHOCP resource manifest.
