How to deploy node with ctlplane on bond interface.

One of the requirements during deployment could be to configure ctlplane on a bond interface.
We can split this up into three points:
- Use a bond during Metal3 provisioning
- Use a bond configuration during the first minutes after a provisioned nodes boots
- Use a bond in the final configuration i.e in the edpm_network_config_template{}
