Validate if TempoStack is able to receive and present traces in web UI in RHOCP 4

The following document describes the way to validate if OpenTelemetryCollector is able to collect and push traces to TempoStack which can be further viewed in Tempo UI. In this document, the traces are generated using tool called telemetrygen.
The document refers 2 different ports 4317 and 4318. Both the ports have different significance and are used by OpenTelemetryCollector:
