Issue
$ journalctl -b | grep pcsc
...
Process 3087 (user: 1001) is NOT authorized for action: access_pcsc
Process 3089 (user: 1002) is NOT authorized for action: access_pcsc
Process 3095 (user: 1003) is NOT authorized for action: access_pcsc
But all the needed users (uid 1001-1003) ...
