Red Hat Ansible Certified Content Collections for Runtimes - Overview

Updated -

Customers who utilize the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform have access to Red Hat developed Collections that can be deployed using Ansible to automate the installation and maintenance of either individual Runtimes products or a Runtimes Collection.

The Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform is a commercial offering that helps teams manage complex multi-tier deployments by adding control, knowledge, and delegation to Ansible-powered environments.

These Ansible Collections provide several roles to help install, setup and maintain Java JEE components within the configuration management tool Ansible.
The combination of The Ansible Automation Platform and these Collections help customers manage enterprise application infrastructure lifecycles.

Subscription Details

In order to fully utilize these collections and be supported by Red Hat, the customer must have subscriptions to both the Ansible Automation Platform AND the product being installed via the Collection (example EAP).

Note that many of the Collections are only supported as Technical Previews. See the details for each on the Automation Hub on Hybrid Cloud Console.
