Using MTV to migrate Virtual Machines from Red Hat Virtualization 4.3

It is recommended to upgrade RHV to 4.4 SP1 before the migration to OpenShift Virtualisation using MTV. A few improvements were made in RHV 4.4 and later to improve functionality, speed and reliability with MTV.
