Openshift, support for SSO SAML adapter for EAP 8 Beta S2I workflow

Using Red Hat SSO SAML adapters with EAP 8.0 Beta Source-to-Image (S2I) image will be supported when the adapters are released.

For EAP 8 Beta, although configuring the SSO SAML subsystem is supported, the SSO SAML adapter is not included in the EAP 8 S2I image. The adapter has to be installed during S2I build phase in the EAP 8 Beta server.
