Support lifecycle of RHEL 7 for Power Little Endian running on Power8 system

- Power 8 Little Endian follows the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 support lifecycle. Currently, RHEL 7 is in the Maintenance Support 2 phase and will end on June 30, 2024. After that, one will need to migrate to another major release.
