SOA-P out of support note

Red Hat SOA Platform (SOA-P) has been out of support since Dec 1, 2021. That day marked the end of Extended Lifet Support (ELS-2) as per the Application Services Product Update and Support Policy.
As a result Red Hat will not be able to work any more support cases for SOA-P.
