Central logs show "Illegal Instruction" error message

Customers may see an error message similar to
/stackrox/start-central.sh: line 10: 44 Illegal instruction (core dumped) PERSISTENT_LOG=true /stackrox/bin/migrator
in their Central logs.
This message could mean that the CPU is too old or that the hypervisor is not properly configured.
