I need to change the contact information for my Red Hat web account, how do I do this?

Unfortunately, our Customer Service Department is unable to provide this service on behalf of a customer for security reasons. Customer Service Agents are prohibited from editing the contact information, email address, or passwords within a customer's account. Any changes made to a web account must be made by the customer while they are logged into that account.
