Configuring FADump with Red Hat Enterprise Linux on IBM POWER systems

Firmware assisted dump (fadump) is a dump capturing mechanism provided as a reliable alternative to kdump on IBM POWER systems. Though how crash dump is preserved and dump capture kernel is booted differs, FADump also uses KDump scripts (kexec-tools package) for userland support - setting up dump target and offloading the vmcore.
