Hardware update RHEL version requirement on Dell EMC PowerEdge: Intel Xeon E-22XXG series Processor

Issue:
These systems were originally certified with RHEL7.5 and RHEL8.0, subsequent hardware refresh of these systems contains a processor update, Intel Xeon E-22XXG series Processor that requires at the minimum from RHEL7.6 and RHEL8.0 in order to remain supported. And in these systems, certified versions are RHEL7.7/RHEL8.1.
