Intel Cascade Lake processor installed in Sugon systems require update version of RHEL

These systems were originally certified with RHEL 7.5 and earlier version. A subsequent hardware refresh of this system contains a processor update, Intel Cascade Lake Processor that requires at minimum RHEL 7.6 in order to remain supported.
