SSH interoperability of RHEL8+ in FIPS mode

FIPS Certification

Cryptographic packages in RHEL are FIPS certified so they can be used in FIPS mode in the public sector deployments. The FIPS limits what algorithms can be used with SSH protocol and while something was fine by the RHEL6 release date, does not mean that it is allowed in the latest RHEL8 FIPS certification.
