How to export and import Heketi database in Openshift Container Storage-3.9 or newer version?

• Execute the following from within the Heketi pod:

 # cp /usr/bin/heketi /var/lib/heketi

• Exit pod and stop the Heketi Service:

# oc scale dc <heketi-dc> --replicas=0
