Can't install RHEL6.2+ NVidia Q600 and latest VBIOS and nouveau driver

Issue:
When installing RHEL6.2+ with an Nvidia Q600 graphics adapter and VBIOS 70.08.7C.00.01 or newer, the system will hang with a kernel panic.
Environment:
RHEL6.2+
Nvidia Q600 and VBIOS 70.08.7C.00.01 (or newer).
Diagnostics:
The system will panic with a message similar to the following:
Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal excepti...Subscriber exclusive content
