Resolution
The hardware layout on an ftServer is such that the DMA engine on the second processor is not initialized as expected by the ioatdma driver.
Stratus operates the DMA hardware directly with its own drivers. As the ioatdma driver is incompatible with Stratus drivers, installing Stratus Automated Uptime Layer blacklists the ioatdma kernel module.
