RHV 4.0 does not support RHEL 6 clients for virt-viewer console connections

Due to a change related to the foreign menu in RHV 4.0, RHEL 6 can no longer act as a virt-viewer client for console connections and will result in the following error being reported:
"At least Remote Viewer version 99.0-1 is required to setup this connection, see https://FQDN/ovirt-engine/rhev/client-resources for details"
The supported workaround is to update the client to RHE...
