Use of tzdata-2016e for Africa/Cairo will result in wrong date and time after July 7, 2016

In June, 2016 the Egyptian Government announced that it would re-instate daylight savings time (DST) on July 7, 2016. As a result of this announcement, Red Hat released tzdata-2016e on June 21, 2016 for supported releases of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4, 5, 6 and 7.
