  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4

  • Hitachi BladeSymphony 320 IA-32 Server Module with LSI Logic SAS2008 2 port 6Gb SAS daughter card, or

  • Hitachi HA8000 Series with LSI SAS9200-8e 8port 6Gb PCIe SATA+SAS HBA

Resolution

The LSI Logic SAS2008 and SAS9200-8e are certified and functional from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4. Users who wish to use this card with Hitachi BladeSymphony 320 IA-32 Server Module or Hitachi HA8000 Series must upgrade the operating system to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4 or later.
