Are there any known issues with cpuscaling and the 3950 M2 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.2?

The cpuscaling feature does not work correctly with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.2 kernel on the IBM 3950 M2. This is corrected in the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.3 kernel and above. Please upgrade to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.3 or later to enable the proper functionality of cpuscaling.
