How to reset the Red Hat Certificate System admin password

Detailed steps to manually reset the password of the uid=admin when the PKI console cannot be used, using the LDAP Directory Manager credentials.
Some preparation work first:
Locate the command pwdhash from 389-ds-base or redhat-ds-base package, for exmple:
rpm -qf /usr/bin/pwdhash
