How To Specify CPU Share Limits For Docker Containers

You can specify an integer value that specifies a relative share of CPU time available to Docker containers at time of creation with the docker run command. For example, two containers that each have a setting of 100 will receive equal CPU time, but a container that has been set to 200 receives twice the CPU time of a container set to 100.
