Red Hat CodeReady Workspaces version 1.2 is now available, providing a simple way to get development teams working in OpenShift.
Red Hat CodeReady Workspaces 1.2 includes ready-to-use developer stacks that include the Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS as well as popular programming languages, frameworks, and Red Hat technologies that developers need.
This version of CodeReady Workspaces introduces:
- Compatibility with OpenShift 4.1
- New UBI8-based developer stacks
- The ability to be used in high-security air-gapped environments
Red Hat CodeReady Workspaces 1.2 is available today for both 3.11 and 4.1:
OpenShift 3.11 installation is through the Red Hat Container Catalog. Deploy it on OpenShift Container Platform or OpenShift Dedicated by following the instructions in the Administration Guide.
OpenShift 4.1 installation is through the Operator Hub by following our documentation.
