Why am I not able to dissociate individual floating ips from Instances window if more than one floating ip is assigned?

Issue

• If there are more than one floating ips associated with an instances, then dissociating it from Instances page only dissociates one floating ip. It randomly selects the ip to dissociate. Trying to dissociate again fails with

"No Floating ips to dissociate".

• While trying to dissociate, if there are multiple floating ips, there should be a dialogue box asking which ips need to be dissociated and let the user chose the ip. Then dissociate only those ips. Is this possible?
