Policy Exception Approval Process for RHACS

• Current Policy Exception Approval Process lacks in RHACS mirroring Risk Approval Process for CVEs, creating inconsistency.
• Users need the ability to request exceptions for policy violations with justifications provided.
• Approvers need to review and either approve or reject requests for policy exceptions.
• Approved exceptions should trigger actions such as excluding deployment or resolving violations, especially for spawned processes.
• Lack of this process causes difficulties in managing policy violations effectively and consistently within RHACS.
