kube-controller-manager consumming high CPU resources

Issue

  • Kube-controller-manager is comsumming more resource on one of the master node:

    master-0                8463m        60%    38279Mi         61%
master-1                12331m       88%    30052Mi         48%          <<<<< 88% CPU consumption on this node
master-2                7139m        50%    33011Mi         53%
  • An application Job is not ending with the concurrencyPolicy set to Forbid is blocking all new jobs to start and they seems stacked awaiting for this job to end.
