Creating a large image(>1GB) fails via Horizon due to "413 Request Entity Too Large"
Issue
- Creating a large image(>1GB) fails via Horizon every time and the error message, "413 Request Entity Too Large" is shown up.
- However, creating the same image doesn't fail via OpenStackClient.
