Improved Vulnerability Reporting Feature in RHACS

Issue

• A feature is required that provides information on CVEs per namespace in the RHACS console.
• The export should include or identify the container images associated with the CVEs.
• The report should display all unique CVEs found across the platform along with their corresponding images, ensuring each CVE is listed only once and providing a list of images containing fixable CVEs.
