VM disks available in disk import tab and also attached to the VM in RHV.

Issue

• VMs disks are shown in the disk import tab even though the same disks are attached to the VMs.
• Since, the VM disks are attached this may lead to confusion for the admin/customers to delete the disks in the disk import tab accidently.
• This will lead to deleting of the actual VM data disks.
