Incorrect Geneve tunnel when node has a secondary interface in RHOCP 4
Issue
- Communication between pod and services is getting timed out error.
- The Geneve tunnel was configured with an incorrect IP.
- After upgrading to 4.12 pod-to-pod communication not working until
ovnkube-noderestart.
Environment
- Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP)
- 4.12
- networkType: OVNKubernetes
- OpenShift node using multiple network interfaces
