Undercloud customizations coming from RHOSP 16 are not applied anymore in RHOSP 17

Issue

Undercloud's customizations (i.e. SshServerOptions) are not applied running openstack undercloud install on RHOSP 17 using same undercloud.conf parameters and templates which perfectly work in RHOSP 16:

  • undercloud.conf:

    [..]
hieradata_override = undercloud_hieradata.yaml 
[..]

  • undercloud_hieradata.yaml:


    parameter_defaults:
  SshServerOptions:
    UsePrivilegeSeparation: 'sandbox'
  [..]
