dnf-makecache is making use of the multi-user.target instead of new timers.target
Issue
- In RHEL 8.1 there is a new timers.target, but dnf-makecache in the following version: dnf-4.2.17-6.el8.noarch
is making use of the multi-user.target instead of new timers.target.
