Silently dropped wrong/extra fields in YAML syntax check in RHACM
Issue
The syntax checker in Kubernetes do not stop and do not raise error when find key, which is not allowed in checked context. This key is silently dropped.
This can cause unexpected behavior of created policy caused by typing error.
