hosted-engine --deploy assumes an IPv6 address for the hosted engine VM when the host has one IPv4 and 2 IPv6 addresses

Issue

• If a RHV-H host has two IPv6 addresses and one IPv4 address on the interface that will eventually back the ovirtmgmt bridge, hosted-engine --deploy assumes the specified engine VM IP Address is IPv6. Answer with an IPv4 address and it responds with an error about how a /64 subnet mask is illegal.
