Ethernet link down on the bnx2x driver
Issue
- Ethernet link remains down on bnx2x
- kernel: [bnx2x_iov_init_one:1191(eth%d)]Forced MSI/INTx mode is incompatible with SRIOV
- Starting from RHEL 8.4 the bnx2x driver is not bringing interfaces up anymore
